Day 211 Passing by a Pelican

We're naked so I can feel his heart still pumping hard pressed against my back. We're overseeing the water, a bare hint of the city on the horizon with lit buildings in the distance being the only light we have. The windows are fogged and we draw and write on them before opening the sunroof to get air that doesn't smell like damn-good sex. His arms are around me; it's sweat on sweat on skin with my hair pulled over one shoulder and his mouth at my nape and we're not in any hurry to get dressed let alone leave any time soon.
...until a flash of light hits the front seat from the open top. I yelp and he moves to cover my boobs as the light moves on to us in the backseat when an officer politely informs us that we can't park there. 1.5 minutes later, we're back on the road, his pants aren't zipped and he's trying to pull on his shirt and steer the wheel while my shirt might be on backwards and I just can't pull on my jeans over my legs because the sweat on them makes it impossible to put them back on.

We laugh all the way to the main road and for the rest of the blocks home.
